The Woodpecker, Turtle, and Deer
- deer lived in a forest near the lake

- the turtle lived in the lake

- fish was used as payment to settle the quarrel

The Elephant and the Dog
- dog used to go to stables
- looked for bits to eat
- elephant watched the dog as he ate
