Now, this article was different. I don't really agree with everything said in this article. It was interesting though to see this perspective and how overusing a phrase like "good job" causes it to lose all its meaning.
Feedforward means that someone is giving a person suggestions that can help them for the future. Feedforward focuses on future changes and adjustments that can be made to improve. I think this is a very important strategy, especially in the workplace because it can help someone improve and ensure that they are not discouraged.
